Rachel Abioye, MS

Licensed PROFESSIONAL COUNSELOR

Hello there! I’m Rachel.
I’m a licensed therapist with multiple years of experience within the mental health space. I completed my Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, my bachelors in psychology.

I’m based in Denver Colorado where I enjoy helping various individuals with different ethnicities from all walks of life.

I specialize in providing therapy services for issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationships. I’m passionate about guiding my clients through their ups and downs, offering them the support and guidance they need to make positive changes in their lives.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, hanging out with friends and traveling.

My Approach

One of my goals during therapy is to provide a safe and supportive environment where individuals can explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I also work collaboratively with my clients to help them gain deeper insight into their experiences, learn new coping skills and strategies, and make the changes necessary to improve their overall well-being.

My approach is also centered around building a healthy rapport and trust with my clients and working to establish a positive therapeutic relationship. This I strongly believe is essential for the success of therapy.
More importantly, it’s important for us to create a safe and non-judgmental environment where you can feel comfortable sharing your thoughts and feelings.

Another goal during therapy is to provide empowerment. I believe that everyone has the ability to make positive changes in their lives regardless of what place they are in their lives.
